Xco-Trainer Basic Set

Developed by Dutch physiotherapists, the Xco-Trainer® will change how you look at running, walking, core strength and weight loss.

As you move the tube in various directions the unique patented system of silicon granules within the Xco-Trainer shifts gradually from one side to the other, creating a “reactive impact” that effectively targets the muscles of the core.

This type of impact cannot be achieved with any other type of mass inside a cylinder, including sand or water.

Early studies indicate that exercising with the Xco-Trainer® increases calorie consumption by up to 33%. This means you can gain a third more out of your workout - or workout for a third less time to achieve the same as you did before!

Delivery

We use City Link for larger items and Royal Mail for DVDs, Carry Bags etc.

Delivery is generally within seven days with the vast amount of orders actually being sent out - and delivered - within 48 hours, as long as they arrive before our courier comes at around 12 noon.

Orders are sent on a next-working-day delivery, but this isn’t actually guaranteed by City Link, therefore an order sent on Tuesday should be with you on Wednesday, but an order sent on Friday won't be expected to arrive with you until Monday.

Giving an alternative delivery address helps your parcel arrive quicker, ie it could be with your next-door neighbour, or behind the garage. It is always worth giving this alternative even if you think you may be in on the expected delivery day.

City Link will not deliver to an address other than a next-door neighbour. If no alternative is given, they will attempt delivery twice and after that collection is necessary from their closest depot.

Royal Mail only delivers to the address on the envelope.

Once your items have been shipped we always try to send an e-mail to let you know the Tracking Number, although in busy times, or when we receive the order late, you might not automatically receive this. You can, however, request the Tracking Reference at any time.
