Flexi:bak

Flexi:bak is a lower back cradle designed by Osteopathic practitioners to help give temporary relief for a number of lower back conditions. Designed to lift the hips by 32 degrees, the Flexi:bak gently decompresses the spine and allows supported rotational movements to occur during this decompression.

Just 10-20 minutes a day on a Flexi:bak gives tired, tight and restricted muscles a chance to recover and remobilize themselves. Likewise, the effects of compression on the spine, made worse by sitting or standing for long periods with poor posture, can be reduced through a regular Flexibak session.

  • Osteopath designed
  • Suitable for all shapes and sizes
  • Designed to reduce compression on key lumbar joints
  • Improves range of motion

Take control of your back with Flexi:bak - a clinically proven pain relief product, which is so comfortable you could fall asleep on it!

4.0 out of 5 stars,19 July 2010 By mrs tried it........

it looks like it should belong in a torture chamber but as it says on the packet if you use it on a daily basis it will improve things (well it did for me)it takes 10 mins approximately to do the recommended excercises and then you can lie on it for as long as you want it's remarkably comfortable. after suffering from a back problem for a number of years with limited relief from physio, pain killers only masking the problem for me the flexi:bak has come as a great relief....

5.0 out of 5 stars, 18 Aug 2010 By Shyro Smiles "Shima"

I have suffered with lumbago/sciatic pain on & off 4 years as a result of driving(a bus)4 a living. Nothing I had ever tried before seemed 2 bring any lasting relief. I saw Flexi Bak on T.V. while suffering from a particularly bad bout of pain. Now I'm a skeptic when it comes 2 "miracle" type solutions but I had 2 try. Within just 2 days I'd regained the agility of cat!! Flexi Bak Is the best bit of tech I've bought this year, & its wireless!! It may not appear to be, but it is EXTEMELY comfy, I fell asleep on it whilst watching Match Of The Day!! I'd recommend this 2 anyone, mum's gettin 1 for her Birthday!!

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
All orders over £60.00 qualify for FREE DELIVERY to UK addresses, and we will deduct £6.99 for delivery to overseas. If your order is not over £60.00, a larger item, such as a FLEXI-BAR or an Xco-Trainer will cost £6.99 to a UK address and a smaller item, such as a DVD, will cost £1.95. For addresses outside the UK, please refer to your invoice at Checkout.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
If we receive an order by lunch-time we generally try to deliver the next working day to UK addresses, and within the week to addresses overseas. However, orders placed at extremely busy times, late in the afternoon or at the weekend may take a little longer.

Giving an alternate delivery instruction for City Link helps your parcel arrive quicker, ie it could be with your next-door neighbour or behind the garage. It is always worth giving this alternative even if you do not expect to be out on the attempted delivery day. If no alternative is given, City Link will attempt delivery twice, and after that collection is necessary by you from their closest depot.

Royal Mail only delivers to the address on the envelope.

WHICH COURIER DO WE USE?

United Kingdom:

We use City Link for larger items and Royal Mail for DVDs, Carry Bags etc.

Overseas:

We generally use DHL for larger items and Royal Mail for smaller items such as DVDs.

FAQs

1. Does it work? Yes, flexi:bak was researched and developed over 3 years in clinical trials with patients. This is why we give a 60 day trial period, so you have time to get the benefits. Very few have been returned. 2. How long do you use it for? It varies according to the condition but on average about 5 to10 minutes a day until the symptoms are relieved and then as required to maintain the good affects. 3. How does it work? flexi:bak relieves pain in the lower spinal joints by alleviating pressure on inflamed muscles, bulging discs and compressed nerves. The special shape of flexi:bak enables the natural gravity of your body to relax the nervous system allowing joint decompression. 4. How does one use it? Simply place it on the floor, lie down beside it, slide it under your lower back and follow the simple proven exercises (in the full colour handbook supplied) and then you relax allowing the flexi:bak to really heal your joints and muscles. 5. Does it come in different sizes? As the lower spine varies so little flexi:bak comes in one universal size. 6. Do you get many returned? Very few. 7. Is it safe? Yes, it has been designed by two qualified Osteopaths and endorsed by numerous medical professionals. It is also registered as a Class1 medical product. 8. Does it come with a guarantee? Yes, flexi:bak comes with a one year guarantee including a 60 day money back trial. 9. It looks painful or uncomfortable, is it? Not at all, but as individuals vary, should you wish to soften the contact you can place a towel over the flexi:bak's upper surface. This will not diminish its affect on your spine. 10. I've got condition A, will it help me? A - arthritic symptoms, muscle spasms and aches, lower back fatigue and stiffness, sports, work and disc injuries, menstrual pain and just working in the garden too much. (A) Yes it will, we have had excellent results from patients with your condition. In trials, many pregnant women gained relief when using flexi:bak to ease back strain between 4th and 8th months of pregnancy (Not Before). However with all matters concerning pregnancy, please consult with your GP – as we cannot diagnose individuals over the Internet. 2. I've got condition B, will it help me? B - Confirmed prolapsed inter-vertebral disc, severe osteoporosis, possibility of fractures after injury, surgery on hips, abdomen or spine within 3-4 months, tuberculosis. (B) We have had excellent results from patients with quite serious conditions. But, as we cannot diagnose individuals over the Internet, you may wish to consult your doctor or specialist before starting to use flexi:bak. In clinical trials, some patients with serious conditions gained benefit and pain relief by simply lying on flexi:bak and doing the relaxation exercise only (as explained in the handbook supplied). This is another reason why we offer a 60 day no quibble trial period.
