How to purchase and View your download:

1. Add the Download to your shopping cart

2. Pay for your item with your credit card

3. Upon receipt of payment you will be able to INSTANTLY access your Workout/s in the ‘MY DOWNLOADS’ section of your account.

4. Once you have located your file, you will need to save it on your computer. Depending on your broadband connection, the download can take several minutes so please be patient.

5. You will need a Windows Media Player to view the files, available for FREE. If you are a Mac user, we have all workouts available in Quicktime, please inform us at the time of your purchase.

6. Once you have downloaded your Workout, you will have access to it anytime, anywhere, with or without an internet connection.

7. Downloadable Workout purchases are limited to 3 downloads per user.
